A few little tidbits to help you to not fall flat on your face...
First off.
Always (and I mean ALWAYS) do your homework.
Even if it takes you six hours each night to do it, stay on top of your work. Trust me on this one! You'll be glad down the road, because if you don't master each thing when you're suppose to, you'll get lost two weeks later when the class starts doing advanced applications of whatever it is you're confused with now.
Next.
Don't cheat.
Okay, I know all about it. Class is hard... friends are nice... you feel stupid... etc. Besides, we all know by this point in the game how easy it is to cheat right? But although it may help you on this annoying quiz, it is NOT going to help you in the long run. As I just said above... ACTUALLY LEARN THIS STUFF because you want to pass the class and or the AP test!
Finally.
Give your professor a break.
Yes, I KNOW this class is frustrating. Calculus is not an easy thing to learn. However, don't forget it's probably not all that easy to teach either. The prof. must know this stuff or he/she wouldn't have gotten the job so give them that much respect. If you're anything like me you're not the easiest person to teach, so work hard... maybe even pay attention a little.
P.S.
If you're ever asked how many pigs fit in the pen on a quiz or test... (don't tell anyone I told you this but...)
The answer is three!
Here they are in the pen and their names are Mike, Ben, and Delilah.
